Ingredients:

125g Perfect Pancake Flour

175-200ml milk (depending on the consistency of the batter required)

1 egg

Method

  1. Put the Perfect Pancake flour into bowl
  2. Add the egg
  3. Beat in sufficient milk until consistency required.
  4. Coat the food in the batter & deep fat fry.
  5. Temperature varies dependant on what you are cooking
