75g/3oz Odlums Porridge Oatflakes
25g/1oz Caster Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
3 Bananas (peeled and thickly sliced)
175g/6oz Fresh Fruit in season (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries etc.)
4 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
Extra Honey for drizzling
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5. Line a flat baking sheet/tray with baking parchment.
- Sprinkle oats over prepared tin and scatter with the sugar. Dot with the butter and drizzle over the honey.
- Place in oven for about 10 minutes, until just toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool – this will make the oats crisp! Break up and store in a sealed container until required.
- Place fruit and bananas into a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top the fruit with yogurt and finish with a scattering of the crumbled honey crisp. Finally, drizzle with a little extra honey.
