Ingredients:

1 bottle of Odlums Double Chocolate Chip Quick Mini Muffins
200ml Water
50ml Vegetable Oil

Filling

Whipped Cream

Topping

Icing Sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC/400oF/Gas 6.
  2. Turn Odlums Quick Mini Muffins bottle upside down and shake to loosen mix.
  3. Remove lid and add 200ml water and 50ml vegetable oil to the fill line on the bottle.
  4. Replace lid and shake until mix is fully dissolved. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
  5. Release cap slowly and divide equally between 12 bun cases.
  6. Bake for 15-20 mins.
  7. When cool cut the lid off the top and fill with whipped cream. Replace lid, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve!
