Ingredients:

1 x 500g Packet of "Ready to Cook" Vegetables (Casserole Mix)
1425ml / 2 1/2 pint Cold water
2 Chicken Stock Cubes
Pepper

Method:

  1. Put the vegetables and water into a saucepan. Crumble over the stock cubes.
  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer for about an hour until vegetables are soft.
  3. Liquidise and season to taste. Return to saucepan and heat through.
  4. Serve with the potato scones.
