50g/2oz Odlums Porridge Oatflakes
450g/1lb Strawberries
150ml/1/4 pt Greek Yoghurt
1 tbl Sugar
300ml/1/2pt Double Cream
50g/2oz Caster Sugar


  1. Toast oatflakes under preheated grill until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
  2. Mash the strawberries with the sugar. Whip the cream and fold in the yoghurt, caster sugar and all but 2 tablespoons of the oatflakes. In glasses, layer the strawberries and cream mixture. Sprinkle remaining oatflakes on top. Decorate with a strawberry. Chill. Serves approx 4, depending on size of glasses.
  3. Strawberries may be replaced with any other fruit of your choice.

Tip: You can replace Greek Yoghurt in this recipe with Fromage Frais.
