Ingredients:50g/2oz Odlums Porridge Oatflakes
150ml/1/4 pt Greek Yoghurt
1 tbl Sugar
300ml/1/2pt Double Cream
50g/2oz Caster Sugar
- Toast oatflakes under preheated grill until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
- Mash the strawberries with the sugar. Whip the cream and fold in the yoghurt, caster sugar and all but 2 tablespoons of the oatflakes. In glasses, layer the strawberries and cream mixture. Sprinkle remaining oatflakes on top. Decorate with a strawberry. Chill. Serves approx 4, depending on size of glasses.
- Strawberries may be replaced with any other fruit of your choice.
Tip: You can replace Greek Yoghurt in this recipe with Fromage Frais.
