In a bowl add the butter, golden caster sugar, honey and golden syrup. Melt this mixture in a microwave or saucepan over a medium heat until all the ingredients are combined and the sugar dissolves.
In a large bowl, add the oats, sunflower seeds and chopped almonds and mix together.
Add the butter mixture to the oats and then stir really well until all combined.
Place the mixture into a parchment lined brownie tray and bake for 20-30minutes.
Once cooled and golden spoon over the melted chocolate and spread it over the top. Allow to cool before cutting into bars or squares and enjoy.
