Porridge Bread

What you need
- 2 tsp Bread Soda
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 500 ml Natural Yogurt
- 400g Odlums Irish Porridge Oats
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 4 tbsp SuperValu Mixed Seeds & Fruit

Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a large bowl weigh out all the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the milk and yoghurt and place into a greased tin to bake for 45 minutes.
- Tip it out of the tin and allow to cool before enjoying with some butter and jam.
