Porridge Bread
Cook Time: 45 Minutes

What you need

  • 2 tsp Bread Soda
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 500 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 400g Odlums Irish Porridge Oats
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 tbsp SuperValu Mixed Seeds & Fruit

Recipe Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. In a large bowl weigh out all the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in the milk and yoghurt and place into a greased tin to bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Tip it out of the tin and allow to cool before enjoying with some butter and jam.
