150g/5oz Tritamyl Gluten Free Flour
225g/8oz Butter (room temperature)
225g/8oz Caster Sugar
100g Packet Shamrock Ground Almonds
125g/4oz Dried Apricots (finely chopped)
Juice of 1 Lemon
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/ Gas 4. Grease a 23cms/9″ deep flan dish.
- Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and using the all in one method, beat together until mixture is smooth.
- Transfer to prepared dish and bake for about 50 minutes until firm to the touch when gently touched.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve either hot or cold with whipped cream or crème fraiche.
