200g/7oz Milk Chocolate
3 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
225g/8oz Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
50g/2oz White chocolate Melted (optional)
- Line a swiss roll tin 28cms x 18cms/11” x 7” with greaseproof paper.
- Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup into a saucepan and put over a low heat. Melt all the ingredients.
- Remove from the heat and add in the biscuits and Maltesers. Mix well together then pour into the prepared tin, press down well and chill until ‘set’
- If liked, drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled traybake.
- Cut into bars.
