175g/6oz Odlums Organic Jumbo Oats
50g/2oz Butter
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
50g/2oz Shamrock Organic Brown Sugar
50g/2oz Organic Dried Cranberries
50g/2oz Organic Mixed Seeds
1 Organic Egg (beaten)
1 teaspoon Natural Vanilla Essence


  1. Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas 2. Line a Swiss Roll tin 20cms x 30cms/ 8″ x 12″.
  2. Put butter, oil and sugar into a saucepan over a low heat. Stir occasionally until the butter is melted and the sugar almost dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Finally, add the egg and vanilla essence. Stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer to the prepared tin and spread evenly. Press down well.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool in tin. When cold cut into bars.
