275g/10oz Odlums Coarse Wholemeal
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
50g/2oz Shamrock Demerara Sugar
75g/3oz Shamrock Sultanas
125g/4oz Margarine (melted)
250ml/9 fl oz Milk
1 Egg (lightly beaten)


  1. Preheat oven to 190 C/375 F/Gas 5. Line a 6 muffin tin with muffin cases.
  2. Mix the lightly beaten egg and milk together.
  3. Combine the other ingredients together and add the liquid mixture.
  4. Mix with a fork until just combined.
  5. Fill the six muffin cases and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
