What you need
- 215 g Odlums cream plain flour
- ½ tsp Odlums baking powder
- 100 g unsalted butter (softened)
- 100 g caster sugar
- 65 g light brown soft sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 100 g milk chocolate chips
- 1 pack of Poppets Poppeggs
- 110 g melted chocolate

Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Add caster sugar, brown sugar and softened butter to a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric whisk or blitzer.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix again.
- Add Odlums plain flour, Odlums baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Spoon mixture into cookie moulds lined with small strips of baking paper (as per video).
- Press a utensil into the centre of each to create a cup shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, reshape the centres using a utensil if needed.
- Leave to cool in the mould to avoid breakage.
- Fill each cookie cup with melted chocolate.
- Top with Poppets Poppeggs.
