Breakfast Booster Banana & Oat Smoothie

What you need

  • 15g/1 tablespoon Odlums Porridge Oats
  • 1 large Banana
  • 300ml/½pt Skimmed Milk (ice cold)
  • 2 Ice Cubes or Frozen Strawberries
  • Additional fruit, if desired

Recipe Steps

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for about a minute until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Note

Drizzle with Rowse Honey for extra sweetness, if desired.
