What you need
- 125 g (1 cup) Odlums plain flour
- 100 g granulated sugar (for coating)
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 55 g unsalted butter, diced
- 15 g (1 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp Goodalls vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Chocolate drizzle & sprinkles (for topping)

Recipe Steps
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the churro coating.
- Heat about 5 cm of vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C.
- In a saucepan, add water, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add flour. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla, then mix immediately with an electric mixer.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe churros onto a baking sheet in bunny shapes, then carefully place into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).
- Remove and drain on paper towels, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
- Serve warm with chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.
