Gluten Free Shortbread Biscuits

What you need

  • 100g Butter
  • 200g Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Caster Sugar

Recipe Steps

  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. preheat oven to 180ËšC fan oven.
  3. Place soft butter into a bowl with the sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the egg in and mix well.
  5. Sieve the flour into the mixture and knead the mixture with your hands into a smooth dough.
  6. Put the dough into the fridge for 15 mins.
  7. Flour a surface and place the dough on it.
  8. Flour the rolling pin and roll out the dough.
  9. Cut the shapes out and place them on the baking tray.
  10. Cook in the oven for 10 mins until golden.
  11. Place on a wire tray to cool.
