Recipe Steps
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- preheat oven to 180ËšC fan oven.
- Place soft butter into a bowl with the sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Add the egg in and mix well.
- Sieve the flour into the mixture and knead the mixture with your hands into a smooth dough.
- Put the dough into the fridge for 15 mins.
- Flour a surface and place the dough on it.
- Flour the rolling pin and roll out the dough.
- Cut the shapes out and place them on the baking tray.
- Cook in the oven for 10 mins until golden.
- Place on a wire tray to cool.
