What you need
- 350g /12 oz Odlums Cream Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Odlums Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 125g/4 oz Butter
- 200 g Caster Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 4 medium Bananas (Mashed)
- 60ml/ 4 tablespoons Buttermilk
Frosting
- 100g Icing Sugar (Sieved)
- 400g Cream Cheese
- 200g of Walnuts
- 200g of honey

Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl beat the caster sugar and butter together.
- Then add the eggs one by one.
- Next add the buttermilk and bananas.
- Now add the flour and baking powder and place into a greased cake tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- While baking make the frosting by combining the icing sugar and cream cheese and keep in the fridge.
- Mix the walnuts and honey on a tray and toast until golden and crisp.
- Once the cake is cooked and cooled then you can add the frosting. So layer it on top and top off with the walnuts.
