Blueberry Pancakes

Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

What you need

  • 1 Odlums Blueberry Pancake Shaker
  • 200g fresh blueberries
  • 125g lemon curd
  • 125g Greek/Natural/Coconut Yoghurt
  • 50mls Odlums Maple Flavour Pancake Syrup

Recipe Steps

  1. Make the pancakes as per the Odlums pancake shaker instructions.
  2. As you cook each pancake keep the others warm on a plate in the oven at a low temperature.
  3. To Garnish, dollop on the yoghurt, drop on the lemon curd and swirl around. Sprinkle over some blueberries and finish with a drizzle of the Odlums maple flavour pancake syrup and a spring of mint to garnish.
