Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 170°C/325°F/Gas 3. Grease and base line a 20cm/8″ square tin.
- Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the oil and the honey and stir until thoroughly blended.
- Transfer to the prepared tin. Press down well with the back of a spoon dipped in water.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like them.
- Allow to set in tin, cutting into bars when still warm.
- When fully cooled, store in an airtight container.
