	What you need
- 260g/8oz of Odlums Cream Flour
 - 2 teaspoons of Odlums Baking Powder
 - 130g/4.5oz of Oil
 - 65g/2.25oz Sugar
 - 130g/4.5oz Shamrock Dark Brown Sugar
 - 1 Tablespoon of Goodalls Vanilla Extract
 - 2 Eggs
 - Half a teaspoon of Salt
 - 75g/2.6oz of Dark Chocolate Chips
 - 75g/2.6oz of Milk Chocolate Chips
 

Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 170°C/gas mark 3
 - In a large bowl, beat the oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt on medium speed until well combined, about 2 – 3 minutes. Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
 - Pour the batter into a greased round deep baking dish and bake uncovered, for 50 to 55 minutes.
 - Serve warm with Pouring Cream or a Scoop of vanilla Ice-cream
