Gluten Free Crepe Style Pancakes

What you need

  • 150g Odlums Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300ml Whole Milk

Recipe Steps

  1. In a bowl, beat all the ingredients together until a smooth pouring consistency batter is formed.
  2. Leave in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
  3. To cook the crêpes, heat a pan over a medium heat. Add oil to grease and pour just enough batter into the pan to provide a thin coating.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the underside of the crêpe is golden brown, then flip with a spatula and brown the second side.
  5. Transfer to a plate to keep warm while you make the rest of the crêpes.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit
