Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven 200�C/400�F/ Gas 6. Grease a 900g/2lb loaf tin.
- Put the bread mix, water, oil, tomato puree, sun dried tomatoes and basil into a large bowl and mix to a smooth batter.
- Pour into prepared tin. Make a cut lengthways down centre of loaf. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 1- 1½ hours.
- Bake for about 40 minutes. Cool on a wire tray.
