Recipe Steps
- In a large bowl add the flour, make a well in the centre and add the eggs. Using a fork, whisk the egg gently, and once it’s mixed, using the fork, gradually bring in flour a small bit at a time, into the egg mixture and when finished this will form a dough – Don’t rush this part!
- Turn the dough onto a flat surface, roll out the dough as thinly as possible & cut it into strips with a knife (or a pizza cutter) to make spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle, or pappardelle.
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add your freshly cut pasta and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add your sauce of choice & enjoy!
