What you need
- 275g Odlums Wholemeal Super Flour
- 2 tsp Odlums Baking Powder
- 50g Demerara Sugar
- 75g Sultanas
- 125g Margarine (melted)
- 250ml low fat Milk
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten

Recipe Steps
Using Odlums Wholemeal Super Flour, one of our wholemeal muffins contain 34% of your daily Vitamin D intake, 63% of your daily Calcium intake and 22% of your daily Folic Acid intake. Enjoy Odlums Super Flour as part of a varied, balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
- Line a muffin tin with 6 muffin cases.
- Mix the lightly beaten egg and milk together.
- Combine the other ingredients together and add the liquid mixture.
- Mix with a fork until just combined.
- Fill the six muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Transfer to a wire tray to cool.
- Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
