What you need
- 500g Odlums Strong Flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 325ml of lukewarm water
- 1 Camembert cheese
- Few sprigs of Rosemary
- Honey for drizzling
For the butter
- 200g softened butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped rosemary and thyme

Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200oC and line a large tray with parchment paper.
- In your stand mixer with the dough hook add the strong flour, salt, sugar, yeast and water. Mix on a medium speed for 10 mins.
- Remove the bowl and cover it with a tea towel to prove for 1 hour.
- Knock back the dough by knocking all the air out. Divide the dough into 16 equal-sized pieces.
- Make the garlic butter by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Shape the dough into balls and then roll it into nice flat circles.
- Brush some garlic butter in the centre and then fold the dough like a taco. Now curl them in together and repeat each one.
- Arrange the dough around the camembert cheese and allow it to prove for another 15-20 mins.
- Add rosemary pieces into the cheese and then bake for 15-20 mins.
- Drizzle the cheese with some honey before tucking in.
