What you need
Pancakes
- 1 Odlums Strawberry & White Chocolate Pancake Shaker
- 120ml milk
- White chocolate chips (optional, for layering)
Strawberry Sauce
- 250g frozen strawberries (1 bag)
- 1½ tbsp honey
To Garnish
- Strawberry sauce
- Pink sprinkles or fondant hearts
- Gold heart decoration
- 1 large juicy strawberry

Recipe Steps
- Make the Pancake Batter
Follow the instructions on the packet. Pour 120ml milk into the Odlums Pancake Shaker up to the line. Secure the lid and shake really well until smooth. - Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the batter directly into the pan to form pancakes.
When bubbles appear on the surface, gently flip and cook until lightly golden. - Stack & Layer
As you build the stack, sprinkle a little white chocolate chips between each pancake (optional but highly recommended) so they melt beautifully between the layers. - Make the Strawberry Sauce
Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for a few minutes until the fruit softens.
Allow to cool slightly, then blitz until smooth. - Finish & Garnish
Drizzle the strawberry sauce generously over the pancake stack.
Garnish with pink sprinkles, finish with a gold heart, and top with a big juicy strawberry.
