Recipe Steps
- Make up Odlums Bake Your Own Farmhouse Brown Bread as per instructions on pack. Allow to go cold.
- Cut 8 slices from the loaf, spread on the cream cheese and place on serving plate.
- Arrange rocket leaves on each slice, then smoked salmon and top with crispy bacon.
- Garnish with chives, capers and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve and enjoy!
