Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5. Grease a 900g/2lb loaf tin.
- Place the contents of packet into a mixing bowl.
- Add the cranberries, chopped almonds, orange rind and juice. Mix well, then, transfer to the prepared tin.
- Smooth top and put a cut down the centre.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until well risen and brown on top. Bread is baked when the base is tapped and it has a hollow sound!
