Recipe Steps
- Pre-heat oven to 200ËšC Fan.
- Line a bread tin with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat all the ingredients together using an electric mixer until fully blended. The mixture should be a pouring consistency, not a dough.
- Pour the batter into the pre-prepared bread tin, place on the middle shelf of the oven, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
