Gluten Free White Bread

Cook Time: 40 - 45 Minutes

What you need

  • 450g Odlums Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
  • 1.5g Salt
  • 40g Sugar
  • 25g Butter, Softened
  • 385ml Whole Milk

Recipe Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200ËšC Fan.
  2. Line a bread tin with parchment paper.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat all the ingredients together using an electric mixer until fully blended. The mixture should be a pouring consistency, not a dough.
  4. Pour the batter into the pre-prepared bread tin, place on the middle shelf of the oven, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
