Recipe Steps
- In a large bowl, add the flour, yeast, salt, and water and mix to form a dough
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 12 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic
- Return to the bowl and cover loosely with a tea towel. Leave in a warm enough place to prove until doubled in size. This should take 90 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Fan 180c/Gas Mark 6
- When the dough is ready, dust a board with flour and roll out to a round
- Place pizza on a baking tray, spread on some tomato sauce, and add your choice of toppings.
- Bake for approx. 12 Minutes
