Smoked Salmon with Farmhouse Brown Bread

What you need

  • 1 packet Odlums Bake Your Own Farmhouse Brown Bread
  • 350ml/12fl oz cold Water

Topping

  • Light Cream Cheese
  • Rocket Leaves
  • 8 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 8 slices Crispy Bacon
  • Garnish
  • Lemon, Chopped Chives and Capers

Recipe Steps

  1. Make up Odlums Bake Your Own Farmhouse Brown Bread as per instructions on pack. Allow to go cold.
  2. Cut 8 slices from the loaf, spread on the cream cheese and place on serving plate.
  3. Arrange rocket leaves on each slice, then smoked salmon and top with crispy bacon.
  4. Garnish with chives, capers and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
