Tortilla Wraps – Served 3 Ways

What you need

Wraps

  • 250g Odlums Plain flour, plus a little more for dusting
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • 150ml of water

Spicy Bean & Guacamole Quesadilla

  • 1 tin of BBQ Bachelors Beans
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 x tortilla wraps
  • Grated cheddar

Halloumi wraps

  • 100g Breadcrumbs
  • Halloumi cheese
  • 100g plain flour
  • 1 Egg and a Drop of Milk for Egg Wash
  • Oil for frying.
  • Chef Relish
  • 2 x tortilla wraps
  • Fresh rocket
  • Lime juice

Tortilla Wrap Pizza

  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Roma tomato passata
  • 1 x tortilla wrap
