Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5. Line a 6 muffin tin with muffin cases.
- Mix the lightly beaten egg and milk together.
- Combine the other ingredients together and add the liquid mixture.
- Mix with a fork until just combined.
- Fill the six muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes.
