Recipe Steps
- Line your Air-fryer neatly with butter and parchment paper.
- In your stand mixer add the butter, brown and caster sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
- While they are beating, crack the eggs into a jug and then slowly add them while beating into the sugar and butter mixture.
- Add the flour, Baking powder and melted chocolate and fold in with a spatula.
- Place the mixture into the lined Air-fryer and smooth it all out.
- Air fry on bake at 200C for 25-35 mins. Serve it up in bowls with whipped cream and ice cream.
